Mac Lethal-Speak Low Video

This is a new video from KC's native son, Mac Lethal. One of the hardest working musicians in the area, Mac's more recent work is more reflective than abrasive or offensive. Once known for his incredibly vicious and off the wall battle raps, he has shown a lot of growth as an artist since his Scribble Jam Days. Since splitting with Rhymesayers to form his own imprint, Black Clover Records, he has been working hard to lay the foundation for another generation of independent artists.

This is a 15 min performance video of Stik Figa opening up for The Cool Kids at the Granada in Lawrence, KS. Stik is a great live performer, great stage presence, amazing music and a guest appearance from Kansas Cities own Ron Ron. Although, we didn't have enough footage of the other performances, the sets by Greg Enemy and Approach and the Datura All Stars we great. Props to everyone that performed that night. We shot this using two Panasonic HVX (HD) cameras and did a quick edit in FCP. Special thanks to Grant Babbit for helping shoot this.

Fight Night

This is a scene for the movie "Fight Night" that I did some music for. The scene takes place in a strip club as "Out Here" the intro from my first solo album "Just John" rocks in the background. Got this added to the film as it was wrapping up shooting, roughly two years ago. And finally after post production and a year on the festival circuit wold wide, it is finally available.
